  - Write an actual blog article once a week

  - Pull together a real [portfolio of work](http://grok-code.com/58/the-power-of-a-programming-portfolio/)
  - [Find more clients](http://freelanceswitch.com/finding/101-ideas-to-get-more-freelance-work-and-generate-new-client-leads/) for my freelance work
  - [Set a timetable and stick to it](http://calnewport.com/blog/2008/02/15/fixed-schedule-productivity-how-i-accomplish-a-large-amount-of-work-in-a-small-number-of-work-hours/)

Well, its a plan at least.
